i can't get over all of the green out there this week. on the internets, i mean - since outside my window is all white! we had a lovely snow day yesterday, and a delayed opening this morning. treats, in march.
so i've been finding my greens inside. these two jars sit in my studio and make me happy. sea glass is one of my favorite things.
and these felt beads. i adore them so much that i can't bring myself to use them for anything, so i just keep them in a jar and enjoy their company.
don't forget that you can find the first list of green week participants here, and the green week flickr pool here. i'll be making one more list of participants tomorrow - remember, to be included on that list, please leave a message on yesterday's post (not on this one, ok?).
i'm looking forward to sitting down later with a cup of tea and clicking through all of the green loveliness. but right now, there are waffles to be made, children to be enjoyed, and beautiful bright light reflected off of the snow to bask in.
a good day to you.

Awesome Idea had to join in with my new blog :) I love the color green!!

Hi, I haven't commented before but I've been following your blog for a while and really enjoying your pictures. I love the green week especially - it's my favorite color and seeing all the lovely green photos has been cheering me up while everything around here is still so cold and grey.

I'm so glad I joined in your green week Emily. I'm having so much fun and enjoying looking at all the green goodness out there. I love the photos of your sea glass - so beautiful and I love how you keep it all in a jar. Your felt beads are cute also and I can see why they are too lovely to do anything but look at! :)

I totally agree about the love for sea glass. I was born near the sea, and actually live near it. Many memories of mine are associated with sea glass, so soft in hands.
